In my view, the organizational work process needs to be clearly defined and identified in order to have the human resource department effectively positioned to achieve and support the stated business objectives. The skills of the employees also need subsequent focus to ensure sustenance. The organization will have to establish an on-going process that develops, identifies, defines, nurtures and reviews the skills that are rather consistent with the business process needs. The measures of strategy’s success will be profoundly based on the effectiveness of the same. The system of measurement in this case will be introduced through gauging the efficiency of the process with respect to the turnaround cost of operation, individual performance plan, time and revenue. The circulation of information will also determine the success of the strategy. Here, information needs to be sufficiently usable, accessible and available upon demand as a way of supporting the work process. The effective application of information technology needs to continuously promote sufficiency in automating routine procedures and desalinate the thinking process (Jeffs, 2008). The organization will also develop an uncompromising degree of commitment from each person within the department to ensure that it succeeds in realizing that each of them individual makes a difference.

As previously mentioned, based on the existing organizational set-up, I have arrived at a more simplified presentation of the processes (business) of the organization. This means that business processes will be identified and divided into various key functional fields that will be highly impactful on the competiveness of the department in question. These will include the procurement and monitoring borrowings from both internal and external identified sources in ensuring due payment of various debt capital loans through the sourcing process. The organization will also expand to granting credit to internal agencies for the purposes of developing organizational projects as well as ensuring due repayment of the credit products loans by its respective agencies concerned in the application process (Amason, 2010). It will further involve performing financial evaluation among all privatized projects in the evaluation process. The auditing of the fiscal policies by the government and their impacts on the organization will ensure it to adhere to the standards by which key industries and organizations conduct their auditing process. They also seek to monitor the usage and application of the organization’s financial resources remains as stipulated by the financial policies in the strategy’s monitoring process.

Clearly, change becomes more of a nightmare for every working environment through which training to nurture and accept change fundamentally lacks. Geographical and culture importance need to receive their relevance to allow Carfinco Financial Group Inc appreciate news as important inputs in the actual places and in the right manner.
