The Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) is an all-inclusive code the addresses various features of commercial law. Moreover, it is perceived as a significant development in American law. Experts in commercial law are involved in drafting and writing the code and approved by the National Conference of Commissioners of Uniform State laws.
