Introduction
Career is one of the most important in a person’s life. Nursing is one of the careers that have advanced greatly in the course of time (Anderson, pg. 36). My passion in nursing is great mainly because it is associated with saving lives. One has to be serious when taking engaging into a career involved in human life.
There are several justifiable reasons that govern my decision of transferring into a nursing school that is more reputable and advanced. One of the reasons is that the school would be well equipped with the necessary equipment and tutors associated to the field of nursing. This would create a good base for my career.
Transferring into a more reputable nursing school would also be beneficial because when studying in such a school it is very easy to get employed. This is because such schools are fully established and have created a mark in the specific career choice. Such schools are well recognized and the students are given priority when it comes to getting jobs.
The well established nursing school would also be beneficial due to the fact that it would have had a positive image in the face of the society. A positive image is crucial for the growth and development of an individual especially in relation to career. Career is very important because it paves way for future advancement in a specific field of choice. It is therefore important to consider all the factors involved in transferring to a more advanced nursing school.
It is important to consider all the positive factors involved in the lifestyle of an individual especially when the choices affect the career life of the individual. Therefore, transferring into a more advanced nursing school would one of the most important factors that would positively contribute to the career selection of an individual.
