The facility had been designed as a fun center that is entertaining to use as well as provide fitness to users. There are group organized sport activities such as trampoline dodged-ball. The two designs are for home use, supervised sports and fun. The one constructed for supervised sports, have spring loaded exterior that allows one to bounce. By enclosing the trampoline frameworks and spirals with bulky pads to 4ensuresafety, there are also trampoline walls that encircle it and a courtyard for supervisors. According to the owners, no one can fall off the trampoline. Despite this assurance, the company has been suit several times by people who have fallen off and had serious injuries. One plaintiff was a young who fell off the trampoline and seriously injured his spine cord that left him almost totally paralyzed. The accident happened in one of the company’s facility in Bellevue, Washington. The boy’s family sued the company over damages. The family alleges that, the owners and employees of sky high sports facility at Seattle are responsible for the injuries that their son suffered. The injuries caused the family a lot of emotional suffering considering that prior to the injuries the boy was a vibrant athletic and active. The injury made him lose his mortal power making him unable to do anything without assistance. The family sued sky high sports through a law firm known as Osborn Macular. Over 20 families including Flygare and her son in Seattle have sued sky high sports due to serious injuries to their children. Since 2004, the company has had 10 claims of which four had been settled by sky high’s insurance company. There are 8 pending claims to be settled. The families suing for damages claim that sky high sports center is fundamentally hazardous in the way it had been constructed, maintained and managed. Despite these suits, sky high trampoline sports remain popular opening more branches.The management of sky high sports claims that use of trampoline causes remarkably few injuries than most sports. He advises parents to access the risks before allowing their children to play with the trampoline. He also advises that children should be supervised.
