In most countries, policemen are used to help in keeping of law and order. This is of great importance since the country becomes peaceful and hence is a good field for the economic growth. Development among other things is experienced in the country. For these policemen to be in a position of performing their duties perfectly, they are taken for a relatively short training. At this training, they are taught how to implement a law, how they behave towards the citizens and at which circumstances they are supposed to arrest someone. In additional to this, they are also taught on the steps to be taken while arresting a suspect (Garner, 2006). High percentage of the policemen follows these rules.
