Introduction
In the following research the situation with the Joint Municipal Court will be taken into consideration. The following court has been created as the solution for five towns in Morris County: Dover, Mine Hill, Mt Arlington, Rockaway Borough and Wharton. After uniting the following courts, the town of Dover became the host for the leading court in the County.

In the introduction to the paper the main information about the situation is provided including the purposes of the Municipal Joint Court creation and the towns which take part in the project are listed. Also in the introduction the contents of each part of the paper are discussed.
In the part “Background Information” the brief facts of the question is provided, underlining the main points why the Municipal Joint Court was created, including the problems which led to its creation, the procedure which was needed to perform, etc.
Speaking about the chapter “Statement of Problem” in it the decision to create the Municipal Joint Court is described with as much detail as possible. Also the people, who had an influence on the decision making, are listed and other aspects of the Municipal Joint Court are underlined.
In the part “Decision Making Process” all the processes which were necessary for the creation of the Municipal Joint Court, are discussed. And finally, in conclusion the importance of the court creation is emphasized one more time and the positive effects of the following decision are described.
Background Information
In order to create one joint municipal court, five Morris county towns joined their local courts. The following towns are Dover, Mine Hill, Mt Arlington, Rockaway Borough and Wharton. When the following decision was made, the town of Dover started serving as lead agency of the other four municipalities closing down their court operations and relocating to Dover. Such decision was made as after careful consideration the five towns agreed that it is in the best interest of their communities to establish Joint Municipal Court of Dover.
It happened so because some years ago a problem with state aid cuts started to take place in New Jersey. While other towns were complaining about the situation and were trying to find the additional sources of income, the mayors of five towns decided to join their efforts and created a system which later became an example for other towns, demonstrating how is it possible to make the processes more effective and save the money of tax payers.
The establishment of a shared court was provided by the statute. Such decision could take place if two or more Municipalities agreed on such decision. The agreement could be in a form of ordinance or resolution. Such decision had the aim to enable the towns to save the money of the tax payers, as well as share a courtroom, cambers and equipment.
