I’m glad to inform you that our production has improved by 10% in the last three months of operation. This has been realized in the analysis of our quarterly report. This is the highest increment in production that has been realized by our plant in the last five years. It is through your handwork and commitment that we have been able to realize this tremendous improvement. Our production is now able to meet the ever increasing demand for our products in our local and overseas markets. The company relies on good production to facilitate the already set strategic mission. As a family we all stand to benefit if the production levels are maintained to the required standards. Subject: Breach of Information security
The security of information in our organization is an issue of great importance. We all have the duty to protect sensitive information from being accessed by unauthorized personnel. I would like to register my disappointment at how some of the staff have been compromising information security. This has been evidenced with unauthorized sharing of passwords and other security information. It has come to our notice that some outsiders have been able to access sensitive information with the help of some of our staff. I would like to send out a warning that we are in the course of investigating this security issue. Individuals who would be found to have breached the code of conduct with regards to information security shall be held responsible for their actions.
