Business LawAlpha Communications and Beta Publications are considered to be partners, as they did not intend to develop long-termed relations, but they rather were interested in a one-termed deal, in publishing a book under the title “Unlimited Future.” As both Alpha Communications and Beta Publications specialized in different types of publications, they decided to share their responsibilities in order to publish the book. Alpha and Beta have formed a partnership type of business organization and, as a result, they shared the responsibilities, the profits, and possible losses. Alpha cooperated with Gamma, as both of them specialized in publishing consumer periodicals and Beta cooperated with Delta, as both of them specialized in publishing professional periodicals. In the process of cooperation, both Alpha and Beta have committed frauds. Judging by this information, we can conclude that Alpha is liable both to Beta and to Gamma, as it cooperated with both of them on different purposes and thus had to be fair with both of them. The same is true about Beta: Beta is liable both to Delta and to Alpha, as committing a fraud when cooperating with Delta it treated Alpha in an unfair way as well, which is not correct. Both Alpha and Beta had to develop true relations in order to print a book, as they shared their responsibilities equally, but both of them failed to do it in a correct and true manner and, as a result, they violated the rules of their cooperation, contributing to the worsening of their relations and to the formation of a negative attitude towards each other, as both of them turned to be non-reliable partners.
