The case of Randy and Brian is considered to be complicated, as both of them violated the rules of the road. Randy was inattentive and instead of turning right at the crossroad, he turned left. As he turned left in a much unexpected way, he did not manage to notice that just in front of him a van was driving. Brian, the driver of the van was speeding and, as a result, he could not stop as soon as he noticed Randy. As a matter of fact, Brian was driving along the main road, while Randy was driving on minor road. Consequently, before turning left, Randy had to stop and watch whether no cars were driving along the main road and in case he noticed some cars, he had to give way to them and only then start driving himself. His inattentiveness led to a car accident. However, Brian had no right to speed, because the speeding prevented him from the possibility to stop as soon as he noticed another car driving in front of him. As a result, Brian must be penalized for speeding and Randy must be penalized for not having stopped and giving way to the car that was driving on the main road, which led to the car accident. Brian was the representative of BUGusa, Inc., which is considered to be one of the most popular companies in the United States of America that specializes in production of electronic devices. It was mentioned that half of company’s plants are located on the territory of the United States and half of its plants are located in other world countries, which makes us predict that Brian, the member of the company, was delivering electronic devices to the representatives of the company in foreign countries.
