Communicational climate is one of the most important factors which influence interpersonal communication and work of the whole organization. It is based on relationship of the employer and the employees, on their attitudes towards each other, their behavior, and interpretation of their behavior.

Depending on the feelings which occur in the process of communication, the climate night contribute or damage communication. Negative climate might limit interpersonal communication, because desire to manipulate by information, stop trusting each other, etc. As a consequence, productivity of work falls.

Positive communicational climate, on the contrary, contributes to effectiveness of work in a group and organization as a whole. There are many cases when informal communication promoted favorable climate in terms of communication. However, there are several important factors which identify whether communicational climate will be improved or not.

Trust is the first one because the process of communication is the process of taking and giving at the same time. If this process is one sided only, communication cannot be effective and this lack of effectiveness is sharply perceived by the employers.

Communicational channel is also important to be taken into account since it represents mean thought which a message reaches the targeted person. Despite the fact that frequently it is not easy to define source of communication and channel of communication, this issue is very important to make communication more effective.

There are also some special techniques developed in order to change the way communicational climate develops. These are applied to various departments of the organization, taking into account peculiarities of each one of them, as well as possible special needs.

As experience shows, those employee who work in the atmosphere of trust, are less likely to demonstrate any aggressiveness in their behavior, but they are very friendly and are always ready to contribute to work of the organization (Communication Climate).
