Lesson plan
A lesson plan is a structure which is used to provide goals, objectives, assessment and to some extent materials that are needed to make learning more effective. A good learning environment consists of pupils, teachers and parents who are geared towards the achievement of goals and objectives. Modification of a lesson plan may be prompted by various factors. First, if a teacher observes a general lack or positive response from pupils, it would be necessary to make some amendments. A lesson plan should be tailored in a way that it meets the needs of pupils and not what a teacher thinks is right. Secondly, social skills are important and should be promoted by teachers.
