One of the patients in the Midwifery Department was a girl under 16 years old. This particular patient came with significant problems of health related, social, family, and economic character – the patient came from a poor family and low income of her parents did not allow her to nourish in the appropriate way during her pregnancy.

The patient did not have any stable social background – from her words it was established that she did not have many friends at school and that a lot of time was spend on the street walking with adolescents who were older than she was.

After the admission the patient’s general health was examined, she was given preclinical and clinical diagnosis, as well as prognosis and therapeutic approach.
