Description of TitleLeadership is evolving into various forms and shapes with behavior being an important facet of this change. The research title highlights the contribution to understanding the connection between ethical leadership and accountability and trust in employees. Today’s organizations are changing under political, economic, and financial influence to reinvent themselves and their strategies. It is under this situation that the administrator’s management, leadership, and decision-making abilities are challenging. Today’s administrator is facing challenges in the reconciliation between organizational governance, accountability, and employee trust with the search for innovation, productivity, and profitability in practices and processes. Literature Support The revise is designed to scrutinize the relationship amid an ethical leader and the resulting accountability and trust in the organization culture. The focus of this research is on the business world, primarily the private sector. The argument of the research is that the research problem bears the resolution. This is because leaders are increasingly aware of the importance of personal ethics and the need for upholding ethical standards in today’s competitive world. These leaders must be aware of the effects this leadership approach has on the long-term success of the organization and individuals (Kimbrough 1). The research seeks to elucidate the link existence between ethical leadership and accountability and employee trust. There is a need to understand the relationship between a leader’s ethical behavior and employees trust and accountability in achieving organization behavior. The administrator’s ethical behavior impacts on the effectiveness of leadership in the organization. This is because the administrator is important and has a powerful influence over the culture of the organization, and consequently the building of trust and credibility (Kimbrough 1). This is because effective leadership also referred to, as ethical leadership by Cooper, is the moral compass by which directs the organization and its staff. Ethics, therefore, becomes a topic of concern, since it raises difficult questions for the administrator especially where administrative responsibility is required. Administrative ethics is seen in operational ethics often spelt out as codes of ethics. These are also referred to as operational ethics as they are stipulated as decision-making. Therefore, since administrative ethics is pre-disposition to act in certain ways, which have the meaning of character. This research seeks to identify how this inclination is associated with accountability and employee trust. Ethical climate and accountability are linked because, “ethics is concerned with personal and corporate responsibility for making decisions in accordance with accepted moral codes for distinguishing right from wrong. Unlike ethics, accountability involves the dependability to subject to higher authority” (Latta 46). In literature, there is a close link between ethics and accountability. Accountability to sociologists is a conceptual mechanism which influences social actors, while ethical behavior are the norms and standards generated as responses to the pressures by accountable mechanisms (Latta 46). Ethics becomes a pivotal variable of investigation, given the dynamics involved in today’s world.
