The questions address the issues of safety in a particular region chosen.

Have you ever witnessed workplace violence?

Do you know any people who have ever been victims of computer crimes?

Have any of your friends or relatives suffered because of terrorism acts?

Do you know any people who have been treated unfairly at work?

To your opinion, how many addict people are there in the district?

Does your company imply crisis management?

What is your personal attitudes towards gender equality and racial diversity?

Do you know any people who have other points of view concerning gender equality and racial diversity issues?

Have you ever become a victim of a property crime?

Do you know any people who have been using alcohol in their work places?

Average and unknown people were interviewed in order to obtain more credible results which come from their answers. There were not problems with the technique, although some people found the questions to be unusual. Moreover, all of them needed time to answer these questions.

The questions were the best choice to conduct the survey as they helped to obtain information to understand the general atmosphere of the region and approximately access tendencies of crime.

All the questions addressed the issues of crime and they were not biased in order to avoid any misunderstandings. The questions helped to yield the information looked for. However, it is necessary to recognize that some more areas of security management could have been covered.
